With over two decades of success developing County Age Group players—and a 2024 season that saw more than 50 athletes represent Yorkshire Regional & County Age Group. —Cricademia continues to set the standard for elite youth cricket development. Our programmes are built on a foundation of excellence, innovation, and mentorship, supported by a coaching philosophy that sees every athlete as a unique individual with evolving needs.

Our leadership brings over 35 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and lecturing across sport performance, health, fitness, and strength and conditioning.
