Success for Cricademias 1st season with Scarcroft CC

Congratulations to the junior cricketers who took part in Scarcroft CC's first junior development program, this season. Due to the reputational pull form Cricademia, Scarcroft membership grew from 20 to an outstanding 80 members for the 2024 season, with us sending out over 12 sides out per week across the age groups. Supporting both social cricket for all ages and abilities as well as performance cricketers we are proud to say that of 25 of our members are participating at Yorkshire regional and county standards.

As the season draws to a close, plans are underway to develop an academy program within the club's junior structure to identify those that are talented and nurture their potential.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the dedicated volunteer coaches and managers, whose hard work and commitment have made this season an incredible success. We are eagerly looking ahead to the off-season performance development as we prepare for the 2025 season!
